Calibration Service & Repair

Prior to initiating the RMA process, please consult our technical staff to determine the best course of action. We offer multiple levels of technical support to clients experiencing technical difficulties onsite. Technical support is offered both remotely and/or in person depending on the nature of the problem at hand.

If it is determined that your equipment must be sent back for further evaluation, a RMA will be issued in order to receive the necessary materials back to our facility. Equipment covered under warranty will be assessed at no charge and repaired if the problem is deemed to be a manufacturing error. If damages are found to be a result of customer misuse/mishandling, the customer will be responsible for any additional charges incurred.

Equipment no longer covered under warranty will be calculated the cost of repair.

Please note that we will not be responsible for any materials returned to our facility that are not properly documented on the RMA. All materials sent back to our facility must be listed on the RMA and properly packaged to avoid damage.
